A. Facial Paralysis Local Community - BC, Canada
About
This is a private group for people dealing with facial paralysis in BC. It’s a space outside of Facebook to offer everyone dealing with facial paralysis and those who support them the possibility of community and connection without having to use Facebook.
It has the potential of becoming more than a local-only community, but for now, we are piloting it as a smaller local community. That said, there may be people from around the world who wish to be a part of this community and who will be invited to join.
Our intention is to create a safe place to share experiences, gain knowledge and feel connected.
Group Rules
Be respectful of others’ privacy
Being in this group depends on our trust of one another. Some discussions may be sensitive or contain sensitive information, so what’s said in the group MUST stay in the group.
No harassment of any kind
Bullying, targeting, or attacking a member of this group is not allowed and will not be tolerated.
No spam
Having discussions about products and services that have helped is accepted as a way to build community, but this community's focus is facial paralysis. Anything considered spam will be removed.
